I don't think it would be too hard to explain with words why she hasn't been noticed yet, since that line hints that she knows the reason. Unless she thinks it's another reason, just saying that the camera tends to cause motion sickness when following her during a fight and doesn't capture the fights well plus her streaming anxiety should sum it up nicely. Probably would be another shock that the drone struggles to keep up with her, but still.
