Can be bought on Bookwalker in english. Not really a great work in some regards, but a very uncommonly explored topic explored in detail and some parts of the manga is really fantastic. Much interesting information and information from different sources at the end of each book as well, though mostly from a japanese perspective of course. The fact that Japan is known for "hammering the nail that sticks out" really makes it stand out since it explores and celebrates what makes people different and that everyone can be a productive part of society. But also that no one is truly perfect by themselves, and most of the characters has to realize that they need help from others before they can become better.

Sadly enough the author died before the work was truly completed, so if you cannot handle it being unfinished then I would not recommend it (unless you want to train doing just that, which is a good thing to do I believe!)
