the indos did a bad bad thing as expected!!!! and it seems everything hence forth has been retribution...something that warranted something to suppress impurities
im guessing their transgression must have to do with ideas of what one loves must as well as maybe who has the right to claim that love? you also have to consider if the indohs mere transgression was wishing for too much/something taboo, or something else as well...
if the indohs don't marry, they'll lose what they love...maybe they took something from the god of the mountain, insulted a certain idea of "marriage" or ownership? is them marrying their act of retribution entirely? what exactly happens on the mountain during this ritual?
and yoshiki still mourning hikaru 😭 ❤️ love the authors note at the end too about constantly thinking about the idea of trying to understand something that is so inherently different from yourself, straight heat
