Millicent had some issues which turned her into a bully because she was weak (from her own words), but of course that doesn't excuse the bullying, it should shown later. If her father wasn't an asshole obsessed with the Gandesblood family none of that would have happened (and Inverse Moon is to blame too).

Thats rather odd, its not like this manga is avoiding blood and wounds. They showed her getting stabbed in the chest, yet wont show her stabbed in the hands? Its not like it would be more gory that the stabs.
