Still have 0 read on what Himawari is thinking. Is she trying to get back together with Yurika? Is she trying to make Yurika feel awkward and regretful to prevent her from taking the initiative to get closer to Minamo. Then she wants Minamo to run the the feelings of jealousy instead of fighting back so she can take Yurika for herself? Buy Himiwari said “I can’t be your girlfriend or anything” last chapter, but was that just her trying to act like she doesn’t care about how all this turns out?
Yurika obviously feels distressed and is losing confidence in pushing forward to get Minamo to like her.
Minamo feels like she shouldn’t have the standing be jealous toward Yurika so Himawari’s plan seems to be working and I don’t like that

Based on the suggested text on her phone. It seems that her family could possibly be facing something based on that 30k yen bill. So maybe she shot down Yurika because she didn't want her to get caught up/finding out about her family situation. But she actually did want to be with Yurika, which is why she doesn't want Yurika to get close to Minamo. Another possibility is she really has no interest in Yurika, but her home situation is making her feel terrible. So she could be trying to make it so Yurika doesn't move on and start loving someone else because she'll feel abandoned if Yurika moved on.

himawari continues being unlikeable and terrible, i don't care if she has some sad boohoo backstory since she actively chooses to be a weird asshole who (from what i remember) literally cheats with other people
but i guess at least the weird tonal shift that happened in the last chapter is somewhat gone, though it still feels off

The angst keeps coming. (Geez, Masatsuka-sensei, you put a lot of your heart into this but does it all have to hurt?)

I can't stand Himawari's personality and I don't understand how it's fun. She's a child in a bad situation who takes it out on others. After her mocking Minamo for Yurika not answering the phone, as if it was cheating, I'm not interested at all.

Given how much this story repeats, Yurika is mirroring the cheating boyfriend and was pent up and seduced while her mutual crush was waiting on her. Whether they kept making out while the phone was ringing or (I'm guessing) had sex, Yurika gave into Himawari's fetish at a time it hurt Minamo. I'm sure we're expected to let it go after a while because Yurika's shame but I'm starting to think Yurika is a bad match for the slow burn romance with Minamo. It's an unwelcome surprise, but the story is full of bad matches so I guess I signed on for this.

Minamo still has her cute and gentle classmate Kaneike! I'll ship that even if it's only going to happen very late if / when the main relationship crashes spectacularly, leaving no time for it. She didn't have the fortune of a surprise lesbian incident to break Minamo's shell, but she was trying and she's a good egg.

I believe with how fucking weak Yurika is towards Himawari and how she acted this chapter, she most likely had sex with her, which makes me almost want to drop the series…

This was during school lunch, I seriously doubt they had the time to do anything really sexual. It was likely just kissing, maybe heavy kissing, but we don't know. I assume we will find out more soon

Minamo doesn't deserve this. Even if there was no sex, Yurika is no longer a good option in my eyes. Minamo is suffering already and worse, is going back to how she was at the beginning. It was heartbreaking seeing her struggle with her jealousy and convincing herself she didn't have any right to feel this way. Darling, Yurika gave you every rights to feel this the second she forced herself into your life.
