This shit is a mess, there just isn't any focus at all. They could've easily had this stuff be in the background if they wanted to make the story feel more alive and stuff and had this stuff become significant later but they're just kinda cramming everything in

I stopped there too, I love the main two but I didn't want a ** ** coming and ruining literally everyone around her, dragging everyone into their selfish stuff and then pretending we're supposed to feel bad that she's actually noble deeeeeeep down, so I was waiting for her to go away.
I check the comments regularly and is honestly discouraging, but you know out of respect for the author, for goon squad and the fans who are enjoying every bit I choose not to voice my harsh opinions, but I am getting worried, are things just going to keep getting bad and worse until we finally go back? is everyone going to get irreversible damaged by then?

But they almost kissed in Chapter 49 and we got an internal monologue confession!

Also seems like they were really annoyed with Himawari getting in the way of progressing their relationship in this chapter (or at least Yurika was), which is cute.

I think this is going just fine. It's not like it turned bizarre or suddenly switched to a totally different vibe. Or even took a long detour completely away from the main characters, such has been happening in Yuri is My Job.

In a romance, there's always going to be a phase between recognizing love and getting together. And there's always something keeping the two apart that must be overcome. So, you can have all sorts of tropes and misunderstandings and interruptions, but in a character-driven series it's going to be some other character keeping them apart.

I always try to remember that someday a manga will be completed and able to be read from start to finish. That's when stuff will really make sense because you aren't trying to piece together monthly installments when you've read so many other publications in between. So I give the author a break when they have a vision of a complex story and it just takes a while to get all the parts lined up.

I'm following so many manga that I always have to go back and read a couple chapters for all of them anyway. I read to enjoy them and I enjoy doing that.

When you read several chapters ar once, the plot seems consistant. The curse of reading chapter by chapter I guess.

Btw, trying to guess motivation and feelings is part of the experience. Don't expect author to explain with internal monologue everything. Try to empathize with characters, it helps. (But be ready to review from time to time your conclusion when author brings new clues)

thanks for the translation! I love this manga but I have several questions about things that I didn't understand well.
Is Tsubame healthy? I think in some chapter I saw her taking pills or going crazy, maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.

Is this manga still being published? If so, how many raws does it have?

I am going to continue reading it because it was very entertaining and it caught my attention in a way that I did not expect, it is a very good manga with a beautiful and cute story, just because of a couple of bad chapters I am not going to drop it.

tsubame is currently sick with something

it's being published and raws are at around chapter 80-90. I am very behind.

By the way, for all those curious, Himawari's arc is gonna last until
chapter 61.

thanks for answering. I hope Tsubame ends well, and assuming there are 10 more chapters of this arc, I think there will be a big development in the relationship.
