The rabbit hole about this is deep dark and disgusting. Japan is no utopia. It has its upsides and its metric shit ton of wierd downsides.
All I can say for this is, 15 year olds doing jobs like "these" definetly has market there but its been slowing down as of late because of
1. Lack of children to begin with
2. Young kids maturing early and realizing that this isn't right.
