I'm more than fine with this MTL, the quality is fine and the work wasn't getting translated.

MC is so used to doing things for others that his taking a step back passes like making a wall, when giving his girlfriend priority is the right thing to do he almost cut contact with all his other female friends, that's too much, the previous chapter did make this one more or less reasonable, but it wasn't a gradual change, he cranked it to the top level from the first day.

Not answering the phone when someone close is calling is a ass move and he turned bad for that, it would be a thing if it wasn't someone close and he wanted to enjoy his couple time, but is someone close that he knows to have wronged and is used to do mistakes, should have answered the call because she just fall and sprained her foot, but what if she was outside and a accident happened? GF not trying to retune him was wrong too, they come out of it as assholes.

Yeah, I remember thinking about this a lot when I was trying to translate it. I'm a native English speaker, but had a hard time naturalizing the dialogue to be more clear while not changing the meaning too much.
