Here's my guess. Their father married Yuzu's mother as part of an arranged (loveless?) marriage but at the same time met and fell in love with Naoomi's mother. It is a possibility that Yuzu was born of an affair that her mother had which would bring up some interesting questions on the family inheritance and would neatly allow Yuzu and Nao to get together with no issues.

I think the plot twist will be that the girl is actually the wife’s illegitimate daughter (Maybe she had an affair). Then the two of them won’t be biological siblings after all, and they’ll end up together.

Feels like there's another twist coming down the pipeline somewhere. The MC Mom is kinda sus how easily she accepted this. Was the FMC mama two timing too, maybe that right hand man....? How shit the dad was, I wouldn't be surprise if he was banging the chef, the secretary and the maids in that mansion. Just a giant gumbo of cheating fuckery in that household.

hope not. i`d rather limit the ''romance'' to just the 2 plus 1 non incest.

as a man cheating is a scummy thing to do. but blindly adding sin on things he didnt do is a bit much.

i dont think the guy cheating with anyone else other than the mc`s mom. due to only mc being requested to be adopted to the main house. he does care for them after all.

so i think the situation is that he uses the second family as a place the heal the soul type of thing. with how tight/strict the air in the main house normally is. and with the grand father saying the he is basically working 24/7, and mc only spend 1 day a month with dad, i dont think he cheats any further than that.

though secretary definitely knew about the second family.
if the mom also cheated the story could go for, they arent actually related.
