These kids are around 10 right? Is it normal in japan for such young kids to go off in the city without adults?

yes it is. My First Errand probably sparked it, but its common place cause japan has a very low crime rate. Some people still leave their front doors unlocked

Mostly also because of how safe it is in Japan. Japanese people are super friendly and nice. Rarely does a crime ever occur. That's just their trait as a race.

Now, I get this is meant to be funny. But it does slightly grate on the nerves. She's pretty much just bullying him into following her. Still funny but I'd like to see some actual progress in their relationship. Like him finally understanding she thinks they're dating and he shuts her down along with the fall out from that. Or, he actually likes her and asks her out.

Looks like the terrible photo filters from smartphones have infected those photo booths as well. Just adding some decals isn't enough anymore. At least Himeno isn't one to add animals ears or whatever.

@givemersspls I suspect she doesn't love him as much as she's in love with love itself (like Soul Eater Not eloquently put it, if memory serves). She's pseudo-mature, always looking up to her big sister and trying to emulate her. I'd say she mainly chose Ouji because she had had some interactions with him, he's not ugly, and so forth. She's not really capable of romantic love, like the title itself already says, so it doesn't particularly matter who the target of the emulated love is, as long as she can fool herself into thinking he's participating in her make-believe romance.

It’s the other way around I think? The weird filters came after these boxes. They were always weird
