It says "completed" referring to the source material (AKA raw manga) which is completed as of chapter 25. it's not completely scanlated yet. we're working on it, please don't worry.

Also, yeah, right? The comment section of the previous chapter is quite something. XD Lots of people thought it will go incest-3some route, or that she calls the police or something? XD lol
Still, the problem isn't solved just yet...

When a manga is labeled as "completed" that just means that it's finished being written. If you check the page for the manga, right above the "upload chapter" button you'll see reading progress. This shows the total amount of chapters that the manga has, and how many you've read.

Basically, it's still in the process of being translated but the story itself is finished in the raws.
