Dunno if someone will continue scanlating this or not but in case they don't, this series got the boot from the magazine after the entere magazine went under. Basically it didn't get a chance to finish its story properly.
Spoilers if you care about how it ends, since I don't think many would be that satisfied with it.
Hina eventually gets on proper good terms with her friends and does confront her dad about her period/puberty (or more like her dad confronts her out of worry). Then right the next chapter (the last one) it just cuts to a time skip where they're in middle school. All the girls are still together as friends, tomboy got a bf, and Hina and Daichi are dating, but in secret. The end
All subplots introduced are explained away in the last chapter via dialogue since the author didn't get a chance to show much, and the romance between Hina and Daichi is never developed on screen much either.

Damn that actually sucks, we could’ve had an actually good romance manga on our hands instead of generic harem manga #832584227. Still I would like to see the end.
