It's because Nitta practically make Atsushi meet Hina (which is not Hitomi's fault). Remember in ch.76 instead of consoling Hitomi, Nitta just relieved because he's not involved in Superhuman Association problem in the future.

Nitta is also the only one Hitomi can rely (not even her dad) so when Nitta doesn't want to help her (like an adult should) Hitomi throws a tantrum

..yes. this is a CEO-level tantrum
