i dont know why genderswap is a turn off or a red flag, they are technically a girl even if they think and act like a boy, there are females who are very boyish or may even wish they were a boy, but if they dated a girl its still lesbian (until they actually start saying they are a boy) i think to most people, what their mind is, is irrelevent, what matters is their actual body (transgenders like myself are a perfect example, most people dont really accept me, because my mind is irrelevent, only my body, even though ive had it changed, feelsbadman)

For me personally gender swap is a "turn off" / "red flag" because nobody knows before reading how it ends, so in the end they could turn back.

Also I don't think trans is the same as genderswap, if you're trans than it's your being and in the end also your decision. Mostly in genderswap it's not the decision of the character to swap body.
