When Kogu was imagining what Hino would look like in each outfit, it seems that Hino herself was just staring at the outfit, before putting it back on the rack. It seems that Hino was carefully deciding about each outfit, then checking to see if she had enough money to buy both. Kogu got the maid style outfit because it so matched her small body and loli personality ? And Omi got the more adult, more revealing outfit because, as Kogu stated earlier, Omi has a more adult-like body and looks ?

Page 5 - 6 : It's so wonderful and gratifying to see that deep, deep down, below Koguma's shyness, below her cuteness, below her yuri desires, below her ease of manipulation, below her often embarrassment, underneath that loli appearance of hers, there rests an Iron Will, an Unbreakable Tenacity, and a Do-or-Die Trying attitude and attribute.
