@greatninja3 it's that fine line where it's not ecchi, nor is it deserving a full on smut tag. Smut is much more explicit than this manga, this manga never shows any actual scene. It rides that fine line of showing that sex happened, or is going to happen, without showing anything actually explicit. So in a sense, it's more akin to ecchi in that it shows you some glimpse of ecchi stuff, but never actually shows any of the goods or any action.
