Adachi before Id say she was Neutral Evil, but is becoming a bit better due to Shibuya's positive influence plus she has a very solid reason to be so twisted AND herself is aware shes not "normal".
Akiba is a barely functional self centered Chaotic Evil that had become more and more unhinged as the story progresses and seems unable to mature and/or see the flaws of his reasoning.

Kinda ironic that Shibuya would have probably fallen for him if he didnt behave like a creepy and sadistic molester, the situation itself would have made it possible for them to become a couple if Akiba treated Shibuya well

Yeah she was legit in the middle of asking him to hang out at the end of chapter 1. And she easily agreed to his date like it wasn't a big deal after the end of the raid battle after he confirmed he was going to make her do anything sexual. He could have easily been someone she could have considered dating if he wasn't such psycho incel.

There's no "receiving karma" with these two-- it's just a cycle of vengeance because they're both preoccupied with maximizing suffering so they can get off harder.

The surprise fight with a brat and his over-guilty sister ended their date, then Adachi had to rill him up and surprise, surprise, everything gone out of the hand.
