I don't entirely believe Yukino when she said she didn't remember the confession that well. Feels like she was getting back at Macchan on purpose (especially with the face she made at the end). Not that I fault her for that. Macchan did feel a sense of superiority when dumping her after all.

At some point I wished Yukino would show Macchan a photo of her current girlfriend for maximum schadenfreude, but I then I realized I would go against the message of loving yourself without need for another's validation.

Speaking of plastic surgery, there is this oneshot about a girl who had her face remade to look like her beautiful classmate in high school, only to meet the same girl at work years later. Then things got dark fast.
