But that aside, this has had a very nice progression. They make progress and sustain it. As in, once they started going on outings, they kept on doing that. Once they started being more honest about their feelings and wants, they didn't slip back to bad communication. They started holding hands occasionally, then did it more and more often and got less embarrassed each time.

I love this manga but I don’t see it being a successful anime. There’s no conflict, I mean even for a slice-of-life story there are barely any obstacles for the heroes to overcome. Imagine trying to put together a teaser for next week’s episode when it’s just them liking each other and being cute.
