Yeah, it's like you totally forgot that time he was debating on using some risky methods to stop being human, and tripped, accidentally (maybe) remodeling himself.

Something like that yeah, both Angelica/Armored Prez and Nefertiti/Dancer Girl did noticed after he used the Jewel of Life and confronted him back in ch.226-227 regarding the fact he can't return back to his original world like the others;

His body is still probably riddled with other problem that still get mentioned every now and then (like the fact he also had two monster labyrinth kings "assimilated" within him; i.e "hyd-san/hydra" as another countermeasure for his body and the cockatrice as a additional) mentioned in ch.241

(Dunno what that other problem is, other than Haruka knows his MP Recovery is on a slower regen the further he's away from the Remote Region due to the vast amount of labyrinths around there)

That was just the first time he pulled out that gem. The next time he was hyping himself up to use it, he decided against it, but was startled into using the gem of life in his hands. Results inconclusive.

He used the healing item he had been sitting on for a while, that fully restored him. He was scared to use it because he was worried he would no longer be human.
