Well, luckily for that world he just wants to see people happy, so aside from the close aides that will live out the rest of their existences utterly exhausted, confused, and irritated due to his bullshit, the rest of the world will probably be pretty well off. That's not how he does shit though, so at best they'll get a new leader who's utterly devoted to Haruka like the Duke, & they'll be the one living the rest of their existence utterly exhausted, confused, and irritated.
