My guess is yes but I don’t think it’s gonna be that easy. Obviously the new girls gonna heal him but I’m expecting there’s gonna be a long recovery arc after that which will probably involve tracking down some magical item that will heal him

Actually, since the manga went with the wholesome route, the development was the right approach (and it was a good chapter for the manga adaptation)...
