Recommend going through and proof reading (fridg -> fridge). Names are spelled wrong in places (page 4 & 5 - the radical for water 氵 is on the Kanji, unsure how you got miku), theres text duplicated across two bubbles (page 3), and some words need to be separated across lines in more... linguistically comfortable manners (temperat-ure -> temper-ature).
Regarding bubbles with patterned backgrounds, simply writing over them with white stroke and leaving the original text is far worse looking than whiting out the entire bubble or redrawing with a stamp tool.

Objectively, and by letter of the law, Mizuki turning herself in would be the correct course of action, but realistically, aside from satisfying the part of her ego that believes she deserves to be punished, all it will really accomplish is make all parties involved miserable, most especially Hinata.

As this chapter reminds us, that girl doesn’t have any other meaningful attachments. Even her friendship with Hazuki was just a means to an end to get closer to Mizuki, and she hasn’t really taken the time to see Hazuki as her own person and not an extension of her mother. If Mizuki turned herself in, Hinata would most likely end up completely outcast and isolated. Not sure how her family will react, but I have the sneaking suspicion that they’d still choose not to get involved directly and just make her someone else’s problem to deal with.

In that case, the “correct” course of action isn’t the best for anyone, so Mizuki might as well take an honest look at herself and just do what she wants to do. She’s apparently been a doormat her entire life, just letting things happen to her, not even taking her own feelings into consideration.

She explains it this chapter - she's lived her entire life simply "going with the flow" and doing what was expected of her/pushed upon her, including her ongoing affair with Hinata. Mizuki telling Hinata that she loves her, is the first time Mizuki is doing something based on her own wants and feelings, and not because she thinks it's what's someone else wants.

Feels like another fake out. The whole plot as it's been set up comes to a crashing halt the moment Hazuki finds out her mom's affair is with her own best friend & crush. If she does run into Mizuki at Hinata's house next chapter, it'll be "solved" by Mizuki being there to take care of her, and the affair will remain undiscovered.

Mostly, becuase I in no way expect the author to allow this to play out realistically, with Hazuki finding out, being heartbroken, and cutting ties with her mother and with Hinata and letting that family fall apart. Hinata's been written as this super-netori character who can just force everyone else in the story into doing what she wants, so Hazuki will just get roped in and both mother and daughter will be subjugated by Hinata. We already saw the "what if" foursome, which is a flag if I've ever seen one--and I don't trust the author to do anything but erase the stakes the moment the story needs to end and force a "happy ending" where Hinata and Mizuki aren't punished at all for everything they've been doing behind the backs of everyone else.

I know I got into this, knowing that it was just a yuri NTR story that didn't go all the way into full-on hentai, but once again I'm bracing myself for disappointment that "realistic logic" will most likely be thrown out the window in order to not see actual consequences befall what's been going on for the past ~40 chapters.

In all honesty -- I want Hazuki to end up with Nao, at this point.

I think her discovering what her mom & Hinata are doing, and have been doing, then running off heartbroken and ending up talking to Nao who "comforts" her....well, I'd be into the additional layer of contrived drama that is Mizuki's daughter getting into a relationship with the woman who liked Mizuki in high school. If only to see whether Mizuki is happy for her daughter & her friend, or if she gets stupidly jealous (with all the hypocrisy that would entail).

Haha, thanks for pointing that out! We totally spaced on it—we were experimenting so much with this chapter (like testing four different fonts and tweaking the redraws for panels 10–12), so it just slipped through the cracks. Thanks again for catching it! We’ve gone ahead and fixed panel 4. We took another look at panel 3 and couldn't spot the issue, but we'll double-check it just to be sure.
