The "lady killer" combined with our phrasing of the translation might be causing some confusion here since the Japanese word she's using is ikemen, meaning a cool, handsome guy. She's saying she wants to be more like him (probably should've used "him" instead of "that") in general, as in a kind, respectful, and tenacious hard worker, rather than someone who sweeps ladies off their feet or anything like that.
