I'm starting to think this might be purely a fantasy land manga, not located anywhere in our world (though a different history). Other than that, the ship looks like early 20th century tech level, although it could also be very late 19th. The first chapter made me think of 19th century due to the candle lighting and the military uniforms.

Fun fact: the sign language Miruporon is likely a reference to Hand talk (aka: Plains Indian Sign Language) which is a sign language used by Native Americans for centuries. It only makes sense since Miruporon seems to be a Native American, which is very confusing seeing as how they’re like in the Middle of Northern Scandinavia.

1901~1912, at the very least. But the FMC's military equipments, as well as the three soldiers at the Fortress seems to be using bolt action rifle as standard issue.
The region seems to be still using horse drawn carts, if the period is early 1900s, but this can be handwaved as a remote region/frontier and early automobile doesnt exactly built to run smooth under near-extreme snowy region.
