Good to see that Dr. MEI really did love Kevin. Other chapters are somewhat ambiguous about this so to finally have a confirmation is nice. Su also seems to have another trump card in the form of Project Oversight which may or may not be the same as Project Valuka.

Mei wants SU to keep Kevin in the Right path,
Knowing that Kevin gone Insane and killing innocent lives just to kill honkai, SU might be the one who trapped him in Sea Quanta to stop Kevin Madness..... Well it's just my theory
