Yeah. And Mei also regards Kevin as the strongest human on earth.
Even created a Project designed solely to stop him.
Of course it didn't do too well. The only thing that stopped Kevin was his unwillingness to kill his best friend.

...are you guys perchance missing the hair color and rather prominent boob profile of the wielder of An-Utu in the last panel? Given the running theme of the trials so far I'd be very surprised if that isn't a parallel Rita as a Kevin expy - which incidentally would also mesh well with some of *his* themes, ie. "how far are you willing to go for your duty against your BFF?"
