Always wonder who stood as a mother for Joyce in APHO it is in his voice lines 🤔 Tesla ? Ein? or Cocolia?

@nuttydesu Coccolia most likely given that she would have the data and techniques needed to clone Joyce Welt (remember those perverts from pre game manga arcs) and also as shown in PHO doesn't care much about him.

Last time I checked Joyce said his mother is worried and opposed of him coming along with Welt. Also that his mother has drinking habits ( I think this was mentioned by Welt 🤔)

Always had the impression Cocolia was simply in charge of managing the unstable and unpleasant Welt clones (who literally nobody in AE liked) because she's the one running the ruthless "dirty business" in the outfit (her prior spook career no doubt coming in useful there) - the creation of such would seem like it falls more under the R&D departement which is Ein & Tesla's portfolio.

The Orphanage would seem like a pretty logical place in which to raise a clone you *didn't* intend to use as a disposable attack dog, tho, assuming the other bigshots actually trusted her enough for it.
