Quit this after volume 1.
It’s quite obvious of being a “playing fire” genre.
The target readers seems to be the type who enjoys story about cheating with girls who are drunk with feeling of being in their first love, wants to try “dangerous” plays, and the MC have to play as the brake to control story pace while keeping all girls on equal ground.

Experience with these type, don’t expect the story to progress fast despite the borderline stuffs.
The enjoyment it tries to give is on the playing fire behind your girlfriend’s back kind of thing, so that’s going to be the meat of the story. The choosing one of the girl and progressing is just desert.
