i believe its puhi. basically the sound i believe shumils make. that syl tries to make her say

Its ぷひ -> puhi
"Pooey" is the way Quof translated it in the official light novel. So for the sake of maintaining consistency we are translating it the same way. But you may see others do it as Puhi. In the anime subtitles they do it as Puhi iirc.
