Where can I contact the manga translators for Part 3? Perhaps they could use the cleaned scans of the manga
https://disk.yandex.ru/d/-h2mWq38KMMVEQ (There are psd-files with Russian translation, but the text layer can be easily removed. It's currently uploaded to Yandex, which may be inconvenient for you, but I can re-download it to Google if you're interested)

In Japan, they publish season one season, two season three and season four at the same time how different writers and artists do in the manga. Season two is still not done in Japan and certainly not done here in English but even here in North America, they started publishing the season three of the manga two volumes because they’re still waiting for Japan season two if you wanna keep up the light novels is the best way.

So... there's more of Part 2, and it's just not up on Dex?

Because Part 2 seems to be completed, and I've not read anything about a second orphanage, about Damuel protecting her, about her new mom getting shampoo... all this stuff seems to have happened but Part 2 claims to be finished

....
I has a heckin confuse

If, at the time of your post, it said it was completed, then someone incorrectly tagged it that way and it has since been fixed.
With regards to Damuel, that is Volume 7, Chapter 35 or 36. Her "new mom" getting shampoo, if it's happened yet, would be Volume 8 or 9. I can't find it as easy as Damuel protecting her.

Still so many unanswered details that assume we know have been answered. It's kind of annoying; not to mention, the translation quality— at least, up through part 3, ch.27— has really dropped since part 1 of the series. I do hope some better scanlation group can go back to make these chapters less of a headache to understand. Half the time the groups themselves don't seem to know what's in the text bubbles. Like I said, it gives me a headache. I know they mean well, but if it is difficult to access for the audience you want to gather attention from (e.g. English-translation readers), then maybe get some better QC on the chapters translated.

As a whole, part 3 is sadly a 7/10, and 6/10 if you include the translation issues.
(-2 for unanswered details, like Ferdinand's complete identity, what's happening with Dahlia and her "position", who is who anymore of Mynes' guards, and a few other things that may spoil the plot.)

(-1 for female lead going from a calm, great strategist to emotional blubber of an idiot over within the same topic, or even conversation. Some could say this is for the drama or emotion of the topic, but then why immediately have someone go against her behavior so often? They wanna teach her something about it, but not actually inform her of said teaching until she loses to her emotions. That's just dumb.)

(-1 for translation, but that's my opinion on the current quality, and shouldn't actually subtract unless it was the official English translation.)

This whole orphan arc is obnoxiously stupid, and very clearly set up to make the MC look good for being so tolerant and understanding (while also having absolute authority and a bunch of dudes around to hit kids on her behalf).

No, a bunch of abused orphans who have never had power in their lives and have only survived by scraping under their abusers' heels are not going to start shouting and trying to hit the CLEARLY VERY IMPORTANT girl in the fancy clothes surrounded by knights just because she "looks weak". No, the commoners in a world where nobility holds absolute authority and can kill on a whim do not need it repeatedly explained to them that they shouldn't disobey nobles. Is the author stupid?

For someone who had no trouble almost killing the former head priest back then, she rose so much fuss about tricking a horrible person to their deserved downfall. She’s supposed to be 30+, albeit sheltered life, but she’s regressed so much since part 1 and 2 😒

No, Myne isn't 30+, even if we count her previous life age.

When she died as Urano, she was in her Early-20's.
She awoke inside Myne, when Myne was around 5 years old, by Part 2 she was 7 and in Part 3 she is around 8 (though faked as 7 years old for adoption purpose).
So in all, she is like at most in her Mid-20's mentally if we combine both ages.

But there is also the saying "body affects the mind". So, her being childish is more related to the fact that she is physically an 8 year old. Even if you have memories of your past life, that doesn't change how your brain works based on it's development stage.

As for the case with the Former Head Priest, she acted like that because someone dear to her was being harmed and could have been executed, so she lost all self control.

In the case of the Village plot, it's more to do with general view. Just because you are willing to kill someone for the sake of your family, doesn't mean that you would do the same for someone random and unknown.

Plus, here the person (aka., the Mayor) isn't really horrible per say. Yeah he is selling and trading some of the orphans in return for taking care of them, but it is also the norm of that world and provides financial support to the village.
Rozemyne isn't in a position to change the world norms nor can she fight it if she doesn't have support from a lot of people. So, she has to accept it for now and work around it.

And its really a different scenario as well. She is making a fuss because she is being asked to destroy the life of someone which would lead to their death (whether he is good or bad doesn't matter here). That would cause almost any person to flinch and act uncomfortable. Only after her outlook is changed does she manages to get some aspects inline.

It's not really obnoxious.
It's part of the World Build, as the focus isn't really to make MC look good, but to let her see the consequences of her own actions and the actions of others in that world. Plus as it had been mentioned, this whole plot is sort-off set-up to be a propaganda to make MC stand-out and solidify her position in Noble Society.

Also, we don't really know whether the Orphans were really abused or not.
I mean, the Mayor has rights to sell the Orphans, so why would he abuse them if it could damage the product and lower their value? (yeah he might have disciplined them base on old style, but probably nothing more than that).

And, its typically showcased that orphans don't have sense of position that society has created and only care about survival. That's why they can act aggressive to even someone in top position for survival or protection. And this isn't just related to just this series, its common in other fictional and non-fictional stories as well (there are many stories of orphans even stealing stuff from Kings).

And just because a lot of people know that Nobility hold more power and authority, doesn't mean every young kid would understand that.
