In theory they could start in June as the English eBook for Part 2 Volume 4 comes out on the 23rd of June. However it's debatable whether anybody will bother given the only people that can read this manga are LN/WN readers because the Part 2 manga won't even be finished in Japan for years.

For anyone that has watched the anime season 2 and wants to read the 3rd arc manga:

There's one main part still missing for you to connect to 3rd smoothly, even if you watch all the anime second season, if you like to know everything, i don't recommend reading the 3rd arc.
BUT if you don't mind one big scene not been shown, you can read it.( you can also look up the novels, but i don't think they are translated.

I think you're really underselling how bad an idea it is to go from the anime to this manga. Not only would they be skipping that big scene at the end but they'd literally be skipping half of Part 2 (more than that actually because of how much the anime skips) which is absurd.
The LN of Part 2 is fully translated into English and they've even began translating Part 3.

Not only is the Part 2 manga not fully scanlated but it's not even fully released in Japan (in Japan it's just over a quarter through Part 2). The Japanese publisher decided they wanted to release the Part 2 manga and the Part 3 manga at the same time for LN readers.
