Maybe I forgot, but she never told him about that pointless lie, yes ? So he still thinks she slept with countless men, when they were together ?

In that scenario the chances would be negative of them ever getting together, she doesn't know that I feel like (?)
(That is even if the Roommate were out of the picture)

I wish Sunao would just decide to hate Lemon already. As far as he knows, the love of his life just went straight up to him and said "Hey, I don't actually love you, also I'm cheating on you with a ton of other guys, laters~" and disappeared from his life for YEARS, until finally he was just barely beginning to get over his trauma and find someone new he likes a lot, and his ex just comes flying back in and getting in his way all the goddamn time, and now he's force to BE her.

Sunao should fucking hate her guts, he should be enraged or depressed or SOMETHING. You don't get to depict him having daily nightmares about hos trauma and then bring it back into his life like it's no big deal! If you wanted to do that, you shouldn't have made it the only thing he's ever thought about since it happened!

And Lemon, god she's infuriating. She genuinely believes she can just waltz back into his life, not bother to tell him that she lied and actually loved him this whole time, nor will she reveal she made a wish that got them stuck in this situation in the first place. No, instead she's just gonna hang around Sunao, act like nothing ever happened (While he's thinking she's acting like a total bitch like "Oh you're still on about that?" and all) and just assumes she can win him back.

I get having social anxieties and commitment issues, but damn girl, just tell him you want to break up and then come back when you've got yourself in order, don't smash his heart to pieces and wait for years to come back without clearing anything up and just expect him to love you again.

I skipped a few chapters but glad to know that the body swapping is at least revealed to a third party.

now I have to backtrack to figure out why Lemon made up that huge lie in order to break up.

the author is smoking some weird shit while writing this that he probably doesn't even care in the slightest if Suano has actual emotion or logic, I mean there's got to be some obscure force forcing him not to hate lemon and bodyswapping with her for it to make sense.
I'm so mad it's way more likely that he's going to end up back with her at the end or something than with aki

I have no idea what the author was smoking. Lemon is not sympathetic and I can't cheer for her until she confesses she lied about everything.
I just end up hating her for trying to get back together with Sunao without clearing this up. She comes off as such a horrible person.

Yeah it makes 0 sense how hes all ok with this, even treating her really well. I get it, your forced to have some level of patience since u are forced to bodyswap with her, but he literally treats her like an angel, when for all he knows, she cheated on him multiple times, leaving him traumatised. But ig that part of the story was just completely forgotten..

I don't care if he hates lemon, but he doesn't seem to think ANYTHING about it. At this point, it seems like a pointless thing to have put in the story at all.

I just want the author to do something with it! Anything! Instead, it feels like it's been entirely swept under the rug!

You can't just bring up cheating in the beginning of your story and then never bring it up again!

it never ceases to fascinate me how mangadex users find getting over something to be a totally foreign concept.
But you gotta admit that having such traumatic experience, trying to get over it and when you’re finally seeing the tip of the iceberg it’s shoved right back into you’re mouth and you don’t try to actually deal with it and act as if it never existed and letting the person who created it try to go back to the situation that created said trauma with no afterthought is incredibly idiotic

Feelings are very complicated things when you don't have a basis for them. And this is usually learned in relationships between family and friends. And of course, with people in whom you have love interests and live something.

They say that nowadays we live a lot of "liquid love", that "fluid" that doesn't stay attached to people.

And it's funny how a lot of people here always keep saying in the same chapter "oh, but she said she cheated".

Boy, let's launch a provocation: you stay there in this forum post saying that she "lied that she cheated with four" (Thing from the first chapter) and was traumatized, and soon you're there liking and commenting on "harem manga" (which the most common thing is men cheating on women) or "Urusei Yatsura" (Ataru is one of the biggest perverts I know, and Lum is always suffering from this unrequited love).

Not to mention Goku, who has more of a crush on muscular men who beat him with gusto. Go in the comments of "Dragon Ball" and say "wow, poor Chi-Chi who is there cooking and thinking about how to deal with Goten while Goku massages and is massaged by Frieza".

Wow, boy! If you don't like betrayal, better stop watching harem manga! Or make a Dragon Ball fic where Goku is ChiChi's "husband" and takes care of the house and children. :p

But back to "Hope You're Happy"...

It's cool to see Lemon finally trying something but still fearing it too much. And Suzuka being the advisor - it's a shame that Natsumin is still left "aside" from the story, despite being partly one of the love interests, in this case Sunao's. Lemon is a bit "airy", but that's because she too, like Sunao (And any other being-including you who has triggers when reading this series), she fears rejection by someone. But it's Sunao's problem too. There is half-blame ("Am I overthinking?") and also the conflict of Sunao having an interest in Natsumin.

But there are unresolved issues from the first chapter that are still not clarified - and I'm not talking about Lemon's lie.

I'm talking about the shooting star.

Lemon and Sunao wanted something at the same time, and it was contrary to both of their interests. The question remains: is all this mess the fault of the blessed shooting star or is there something in the script that the author can throw in to mess up the table and make the story last more chapters?

Until the next chapter!

Why don't they just take caffeine if they're trying not to fall asleep? Are they stupid?
I think the whole "why am I so sleepy" thing implies he either cannot stay awake after midnight if she falls asleep, or maybe they both doze off at midnight idk.
