I've been wondering.. if he wants to hide the tattoos.. why don't he just wear a t-shirt underneath? The tattoos basically go up to his upper arm so he can basically wear his short sleeved uniform if he wears it and it won't be seen since he'll have a t-shirt. If he's that worried, then just wear the long sleeves and roll it up. o.o Like seeing the jacket makes me hot and he'll just get a heatstroke :/

@_tomoe_ But if he wears a T-shirt underneath, then even if the white will make it see-through with the white, the T-shirt will cover it if he doesn't wear white and should be fine in covering his tattoos. If he's so scared, then a T-shirt, but really the jacket is too overboard and definitely makes him stand out.
