I've been wondering.. if he wants to hide the tattoos.. why don't he just wear a t-shirt underneath? The tattoos basically go up to his upper arm so he can basically wear his short sleeved uniform if he wears it and it won't be seen since he'll have a t-shirt. If he's that worried, then just wear the long sleeves and roll it up. o.o Like seeing the jacket makes me hot and he'll just get a heatstroke :/
