Somebody else already clarified on what was happening this chapter, but... if you're trying to talk about their first time, that was all the way back in chapter 37, 'Cold Rain'. There's pretty overt implications that they had sex that chapter, if you pay attention. And first kiss was 10 chapters before that, in a chapter titled 'Flavour'. It's been implied they bang relatively frequently, and on-panel kisses have shown up a few times since then. Chapter 100 was not their first kiss, but it's the first one on-panel in a long while.
