We are SO excited for this arc. What may not have been obvious to a lot of readers is that the series has been canonically stuck in winter for roughly 4 years now.
HOWEVER, with Valentine's approaching, that means that we are in MID-FEBRUARY. WHICH MEANS IT'S ALMOST MARCH.

The reason why this is significant is that the series ends in the spring, at graduation, so THIS IS HUGE.
It's almost comical how something this small can feel like such a big deal lol.

It really feels like they’re adding just more and more quirks to Miyamura and yet he becomes less and less of a developed character. Like any personality he once had is just void at the moment.

this manga was so cute and lovely but imo a lot of the initial charm it had has just been squashed by an abundance of really boring chapters about boring side characters and no progression between the main couple.

I’m glad to hear this is ending soon so I can finish this series with at least some affinity for it left.

Not necessarily. The end may take another few years. Fall was about 2 years, winter has been 4, so who knows how long the transition to spring will take, and then how long it will take for us to get to mid-spring for graduation lol.
