@Glomoro based on the picture of the bags next to them, it seems like they either finished one or two cakes at the very least. It’s safe to assume that one bakery box would hold one cake but it is also safe to assume that there are two cakes in one bakery box as there are only two bakery boxes along with a shopping bag and a purse (and 4/2 is 2). However, in the first and last panel, it is clearly shown that there were two pieces of baking paper left in the opened bakery box, leading me to the conclusion that two of the four cakes were eaten. What happens afterwards is just going to be pure speculation but because the spoons used to eat the cakes were abandoned in the first panel and because Chika seems to be drinking hot coffee or tea(?), it’s safe to assume that they’re done eating the cakes and are then relaxing which leads to the dialogue in the extra. This probably means that they did not finish the cakes as the other unopened and taped box is indeed, unopened and taped. So sadly the conclusion is that no, they didn’t finish the cakes, but they did finish two cakes.

Do you even know what the word “multiple” mean? Let me help you: “having more than one and usually several of something”. Now by some basic logic, Miyamura and Shindou was in the same grade at middle school, now shindou is in 11th, while Miyamura is 12th, which should tell you that it’s only a 1-grade difference, which if the definition isn’t clear enough, doesn’t make it “multiple”.
