That food truck is a yakuza money laundering operation. A young guy is the manager, seemingly perfectly comfortable with scantily clad girls attractingly male customers. He was also so aggressively trying to recruit Shibuya and openly talked about exploiting otaku without any shame whatsoever. The dude is obviously a yakuza scion of some level.
