I actually added a light stroke around it to make it better, but yes, same issue in the raw

Just so I'm clear, I think the entire harem genre is awful. I've just seen more than a few decent romcoms shit the bed when they pivoted to being harems, so for me, it's always kind of a Sword of Damocles hovering over the entire genre.
