None. The manga sped through the summer runaway arc a good bit and went hard to wrap up the last third of V2 in two chapters, but this is it. Unless the author comes back and writes a third volume to tie up the ML's situation (which was done in the WN), there are no more spoilers to be had.

The whole manga had dialogue that was in the uncanny valley, I do not know if it was the translation or the actual dialogue with these weird problems

Assuming that the translations conveyed at least the core meaning of the dialogue, I don't think there's any amount of more naturalistic writing that could help here before we start to veer into rewrite territory.
