Someone said club drama and I don't recall. But I think it's more she's been so wrapped up in finding the "romance" in life's small pleasures- the stuff that nowadays so many people either miss, ignore, or take for granted- that she's never had an interest in interpersonal romance. So while she has feelings for him, she has zero clue how to actually go about it. And she n' the MC are so astronomically dense that they're caught in their own unique orbit, so the people around them are more inclined to leave things be.

Ironically in being so focused on finding appreciation for these small details around us that most others take for granted, she's unintentionally taking for granted that she and the MC will stay in contact.

Her friend is completely right, they don't even have a way to make plans to meet, they could keep it to making plans for the next time whenever they meet, but just an unfortunate storm, a delayed train, or whatever can make it so that they won't meet and loose touch.

Chokki's obsession with romance has been a major character point for her but it's time that other characters began to dissect and question whether it's good for the long term.

It's also clear that because of the HGH club Chokki placed a limit to her and Shun's closeness whether she liked it or not (she asks her friend about the contact info but not for Shun). This difference in treatment will be the key to solidify their relationship even when they change their environment

Chokki is very lucky with how accomodating Shun is towards her. He's pretty much out of her league but is willing to let her do anything and set any rules for him to follow with rarely any complaints, she should be more proactive because her friend is 100% right.
If the genders were reversed, the comment section would be very against Chokki.
