@Tamerlane it is illegal in many laws and countries. But try telling a court you, a male, that a girl kidnapped you, tortured, sexually harassed, and raped you. At least in US courts, they would file a summary judgment and dismiss your case within a week. The woman could then counter sue AND then press criminal charges that you did those things, even if they wouldn’t convict you (and they probably would), your life would be ruined since the media and public “believe the victim, always”. Even when no real evidence exists outside of testimony.
