note: shimai does in fact refer to sisters, but some tags are not exactly proper japanese terminology, such as kodomo doushi only meaning "between children" and not being used on eromanga sites

There is none, just your typical sibling jealousy when they get good stuff given to them and you don't have that same luck

Well at least now she doesn't have to be jealous since she got to spend the night with Rei before her brother did
She clearly has a weird beef with her brother and its just weird

Are you trying to argue against the idea of siblings being irritated by each other? Are you an alien?
What reason is there for her to be irritated by him? I just know ppl like you are horrible siblings

Do you... not understand that people can fight and still love each other? That kids and teenagers frequently operate on emotion and impulse? That siblings all over the world have a large variety of possible dynamics?

The sister in this chapter literally explains her mindset through her internal monologue. She's jealous of her brother's success. They both have the same home life and yet he's succeeding in something other than academics. She's just projecting her stress onto her brother in an unreasonable manner because she's a kid. It's not weird, complicated, or horrible. It's basic human behavior.

What's the point of reading any of these stories if you aren't absorbing anything from them?
