Arousal doesn't mean consent.
One can be sexually attracted to someone but not want to engage in a sexual relationship for any reasons, especially someone inexperienced who doesn't have romantic feelings for the person making the advances.
My dude I'm talking about a manga trope, not REAL-LIFE consent. Authors intentionally create chars like MC to enjoy fanservice but freak out when someone advances at them, its a writing choice for cheap comedy like the trope of tsunderes getting mad at MC and beating them up physically hence these tropes are annoying.
I swear, what is it with people replying to manga complaints with IRL issues as if manga isn't fiction....
