Snake and frog sounds like it'd be better with yellow/white curry since the flavor is so light.
Beef, pork, and dumplings are best used with dark roux because the spices even out the heavy meat flavor.
Herptiles have too many bones for the effort though. Never had snake without bones in it so I wonder how they're gonna go about this.
