She doesn't love her husband.
He likely has noticed these subtle changes with her, but he can't say for sure. She shows a fake smile for him, puts on fake attitude towards him, but is still cold towards him. She never approaches him for affection, nor askes for affection. She probably doesn't even go on dates or does valentines with him any more. Their marriage is done. Just needs to catch them in the act, and immediately file for divorce, and move on without her. She does not deserve his love.
