How can I improve my faces and hands drawings?

First, sorry for my English. It's not my first language.

I've been drawing for years and started to pratice the fundamentals. I improved a lot, but my faces and hands look weird and I don't know what I do now. I was thinking about drawing bodies and improve faces and hands later.

Some of my recents studies.

Do you look at any references when drawing?
Take your favorite artists' drawings and study how their proportions are, try to replicate them while thinking about how the internal structure works (perspective of the face, each bone in a hand's fingers, etc)

Sometimes I look at references. I'm trying to look at more references.

read anatomy books, I kinda assume anatomy and I've gotten pretty good at it but if i'm confused I just read books on anatomy. also, if you want to be better at faces, trace One Punch Man faces
Thank you guys.

Try to copy from Manga. Any Manga, keep drawing one character, in different positions. After some work you will be able recall the facial features of character without looking at them. Then try to draw them without looking. Steady and slow is the key.

When drawing hands, and you don't have refs. You can just look at you're own hands and think of an outlined version of it.

When drawing reference is the most important part especially when you’re still learning and can’t draw for memory well, as for actual tips I would suggest thinking about the joints first and using simple shapes at first and work your way up. For the faces I would start with trying to learn the planes of the face I would also try studying with a less stylized approach so you can focus on anatomy. On the side I would try improving your ability to draw basic forms since it looks like you struggle a bit with that too.

I hope this helps :)
