how could I upload a chapter?

I tried to upload a translation to a chapter of an existing manga, but I can't find any button about to upload. I can only find a way to create a whole title but a chapter.

Look for the "upload chapter" button on the manga page.
Read the rules before uploading, do not upload chapters you don't know the original source of/are official releases, or you will be banned.

Are you on mobile? If so you'll need to click on the three, horizontal dots to see the "Upload Chapter" button.
