How do I Export my Manga list ? ... ( making a file of it )

I cant believe there isn't an export feature yet.
I've tried to do all these things but I keep getting errors. :-(

It's been a long time since I made a backup to my reading list on MD. Thank you @firelight fireflight for creating the update of the script.
With this now, I'm able to import new my reading list to mangaupdates.
